Three ways to get unblocked

Each one is a defined deliverable with a defined price. You know what you get and what it costs before you buy.

Free App Review triage

Paste the rejection message Apple sent you. You get a probable category, a likely resolution path, three prioritised actions and a drafted reply — immediately, with nothing to fill in.

Runs entirely in your browser. The text you paste is never sent, stored or logged — there is no request to transmit it.

Do not paste credentials, API keys, access tokens, personal data or proprietary source code. Paste the rejection message only.

Paste the full message, including the guideline reference (for example: Guideline 2.1 - Performance - App Completeness)…

How it works

From blocked to a decision you can act on

No discovery calls to sell you a retainer. You send evidence, you get a written answer.

  1. 01

    You send the evidence

The rejection message, the crash report, the failing build — whatever you already have. No forms, no lead-nurturing sequence.

  2. 02

I diagnose within the stated window

I work from your artefacts and, when access is granted, your code and App Store Connect record. The window starts when the evidence is complete.

  3. 03

    You get a written plan

Probable cause, the correction plan in priority order, and — for App Review cases — a drafted reply you can send as-is or edit.

  4. 04

Implementation only if you want it

If you want me to make the changes, that is quoted separately against the plan you already have. Never a surprise on the invoice.

Why me

The experience behind the diagnosis

This is not advice from a checklist. It is the same judgement I have applied inside large mobile organisations.

  • 14+ years building and leading mobile products.
  • Experience across iOS, React Native, Android, backend and cloud.
  • Univision/TUDN: helped reduce streaming latency from approximately 11.8 seconds to 1.8 seconds.
  • Coppel: led iOS architecture and delivery across a large mobile team.
  • Gentera: React Native, native frameworks and technical leadership.

Selected professional experience. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Straight answers

Can you guarantee Apple approves my app?

No. Nobody can, and anyone who promises it is selling you something else. What I can do is identify the probable cause, give you the shortest defensible correction path, and draft the reply that gives you the best chance on the next submission.

How fast can you actually start?

The delivery windows on each service — 24 hours, 24–48 hours, 48 hours — start counting when your evidence is complete, not when you pay. If I cannot start inside that window, I tell you before taking the work.

What do you need from me to start?

For App Review: the full rejection message and your submission type. For production bugs: crash reports or logs, reproduction steps, and the affected build. For a release audit: read access to the build configuration and the App Store Connect record. Each service page lists this explicitly.

What if the real fix is bigger than the diagnosis?

Then the diagnosis says so, in writing, with the scope it would take. Implementation is quoted separately against that plan. The diagnosis price never silently turns into a project.

Do you work with React Native and Flutter, or only native iOS?

iOS and React Native are where I work deepest. Android and Flutter releases are in scope for review, publishing and store-side problems. If a case sits outside what I can genuinely help with, I say so instead of taking the work.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. Send yours before you share anything sensitive and I will review and sign it first. Do not paste credentials, keys or proprietary code into the free triage on this site — it is a public web page.

How do payments work?

Through an external payment provider. This site never stores card details and never processes a payment itself.

Still blocked?

Start with the free triage above, or go straight to the service that matches your problem. If you are not sure which one, write to me and describe the block in two lines.
